Instantly recognisable by its creamy base and distinctive dark markings, Dalmatian Jasper takes its name from its resemblance to the spotted coat of a Dalmatian. Found primarily in Chihuahua, Mexico, this fascinating natural stone is actually an igneous rock composed largely of feldspar and quartz. Traditionally associated with grounding, protection and positivity, Dalmatian Jasper is believed to encourage a more playful outlook on life while helping its wearer remain balanced and centred.

For this necklace, we pair pieces of genuine Dalmatian Jasper with beautiful Pink Shell, creating a striking contrast between the stone's natural earthy markings and the shell's joyful flashes of pink. Delicate gold accent flakes are scattered throughout the design, catching the light and giving every pendant its own individual character.

Each pendant is created entirely by us, with the gemstone, shell and gold accents carefully arranged by hand before being preserved in clear resin. Because every piece of natural stone and shell has its own markings, shapes and shades, no two Pink Horizon pendants will ever be exactly alike.

The pendant is suspended from an elegant 18k Gold Plated 316 Stainless Steel chain. 316 stainless steel is valued in jewellery for its durability and resistance to tarnishing and corrosion, making it a beautiful choice for a piece designed to be enjoyed again and again.
