If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the following returns guidelines to help us process your return efficiently.
Returns Guidelines
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition.
- Please include the following details with your return:
- Customer Name
- Order Number
- Item(s) being returned
- Reason for return
- Email us for return address
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your account.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- your order number
- photographs of the item
- photographs of the packaging
Where an item is confirmed as faulty or incorrect, we will refund the original delivery charge as well as the return shipping cost.
Important Information
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable for unwanted items or incorrect size choice
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Returns remain the responsibility of the customer until received by us. We recommend using a tracked postal service and retaining proof of postage.
